Five ingredient breakfast tacos that are easy and delicious! Rich with protein, vitamins and minerals - eggs are a nutritious way to start the day. We know you will love these tacos topped with our refreshing Avocado Salsa.

  • Sauté peppers and onions together, set aside. 
  • Crack two eggs into a bowl, whisk together. Add oil or butter to the pan and scramble. 
  • Add eggs, sauteed peppers and onion into a toasted tortilla and top with Avocado Salsa. Enjoy!
