Air-Fryer Chimichangas

Air-Fryer Chimichangas with Good Foods Avocado Salsa and Chunky Guacamole.

Ingredients:

● 2 cups of shredded rotisserie chicken
● 1 pkg Good Foods Avocado Salsa
● 1 teaspoon cumin
● 1 teaspoon chili powder
● 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
● 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
● 1/2 cup sour cream, plus more for garnish
● 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
● 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
● 1 pkg Good Foods Chunky Guacamole
● Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

Directions:

1. Preheat air-fryer to 375°F. Mix chicken, Good Foods Avocado Salsa, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, sour cream and cheese in a large bowl until combined.
2. Divide chicken mixture evenly among tortillas. Wrap each tortilla tightly, tucking in ends to seal. Place chimichangas seam-side-down in air-fryer basket. Cook chimichangas, flipping halfway through, until golden-brown and crisp, about 10-12 minutes.
3. Remove chimichangas from air-fryer and let cool. Serve with Good Foods Chunky Guacamole and additional sour cream. Garnish with cilantro and serve.

Tip: Serve chimichangas with black beans and rice.
