Avocado Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, skin removed, shredded
  • 4 – 2 oz. containers of Good Foods™ Avocado Mash
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • ¼ cup almonds, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tsp lime juice, or to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine shredded chicken, avocado mash, strawberries, almonds and lime juice.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.

Pop this into tupperware for an easy, on-the-go lunch at the office!
