Avocado Mash Crostinis

Ingredients:
- 1 Baguette (crusty French bread)
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 4-pack Good Foods Avocado Mash
- 1 Dry Pint Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 2-3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- ¼ Cup Sliced Fresh Basil
- Flaky Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Slice the baguette into ¼ to ½” thick slices.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil. Arrange the slices in an even layer the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Repeat with any remaining slices.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of Good Foods Avocado Mash onto each crostini. Top with two tomato halves.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and garnish with fresh basil and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
