Big Mac Inspired Fries

Turn your favorite burger into loaded fries smothered in Good Foods Dill Pickle Chip Dip! This recipe is from our friend Elizabeth Varga, make it while you’re enjoying your next football game!

Serves: 4-6 

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 25 minutes (varies based on brand of fries)

Total Time: 35 minutes 

Ingredients:

  • 1 26 ounce package fries
  • 1 pound lean ground beef, cooked as desired
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1/4 medium white onion, finely chopped
  • Burger sauce
    • 1/4 cup mayo
    • ½ teaspoon onion powder
    • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 tablespoon ketchup
    • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
    • 1 teaspoon Good Foods Dill Pickle Chip Dip
    • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard,
    • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Good Foods Dill Pickle Chip Dip
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions:

  1. Arrange the fries on a small baking sheet and cook according to the package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk together the burger sauce ingredients.
  3. Top the cooked fries with the beef and cheese. Return to the oven at 400°F for 5 minutes.
  4. Top the nachos with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onion.
  5. Drizzle with burger sauce and Good Foods Dill Pickle Chip Dip.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy!
