Buffalo Breakfast Potatoes
Have a spud-tacular morning with these creamy, spicy breakfast potatoes!
Slices of avocado and a dollop of our Buffalo Style Dip is all you need to jazz up this breakfast side dish.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 medium white potatoes
- 1 tbsp avocado oil, or avocado oil spray
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- fresh cracked pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Wash and pat dry potatoes, then dice into wedges, then place onto the prepared baking sheet
- Coat with avocado oil and seasonings
- Transfer to oven and bake for 15 minutes, give the potatoes a good stir with a spatula, and then bake for another 15 minutes
- For that extra crisp factor, turn the temperature to broil and let cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with Good Foods Plant Based Buffalo Style dip. These potatoes make the perfect side to scrambled eggs and avocado.
