Chicken Shawarma Wraps

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Chicken – any chicken will work but thighs are so good
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- Juice of a Lemon
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Sumac
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2-4 Wraps/pita of choice
- 4 tbsp Good Foods Tzatziki
- 1 cup mixed greens
- ½ cup tomatoes
- ½ cup cucumbers
- Optional Toppings: olives, feta, pickled onions
Instructions:
- In a large pan combine chicken, greek yogurt, lemon, cumin, paprika, turmeric, sumac, ginger, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Cook over medium-high heat for 12-15 minutes until cooked through then remove from heat and set aside.
- Prepare topping ingredients by chopping cucumbers, tomatoes, optional olives, etc.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of Good Foods Tzatziki on wrap of choice, add greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. Add ¼-½ cup of cooked shawarma chicken. Add another drizzle of tzatziki, wrap, and serve!
