Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
● 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
● 1 package Good Foods Cranberry Jalapeno Dairy Spread and Dip
● 1 egg, lightly beaten
● 1 cup powdered sugar
● 2 tablespoons store-bought cranberry sauce
● 1 small jalapeno, thinly sliced
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut each pastry sheet into 6 rectangles. Transfer 6 rectangles to prepared baking sheet. Fill rectangles with roughly 1 tablespoon of Good Foods Cranberry Jalapeno Dairy Spread and Dip, leaving a 1/4-inch border. Place remaining rectangles on top and seal edges with the tines of a fork. Cut 1 small slit at top of each tart, and brush with egg.
2. Bake, until edges of tarts are set and lightly golden-brown, about 15-20 minutes. Transfer tarts to a wire rack and let cool completely at room temperature.
3. Meanwhile, whisk powdered sugar, cranberry sauce and 1 tablespoon water in a medium bowl until a thick glaze forms. Drizzle glaze evenly over cooled tarts. Garnish each tart with 2 jalapeno slices. Serve and enjoy.
Tip: Substitute cranberry sauce with maple syrup to create a maple glaze.
