Greek Zoodles

Ingredients:
● 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
● 1 (20-oz) container fresh zucchini noodles
● Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
● 2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, fully cooked and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
● 1 pkg Good Foods Plant Based Tzatziki Style Dip
● 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
● 1 cup halved kalamata olives
● 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
● 2 lemons, juiced
Instructions:
- 1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add noodles and cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
2. In a large bowl, combine zucchini noodles, cooked chicken, Good Foods Plant Based Tzatziki Style Dip, tomatoes, olives, red onion and lemon juice and toss to coat. Serve and
enjoy.
