Mini BLT Bites

Mini BLT Bites with Good Foods Avocado Mash.

Ingredients:

● 8 slices white bread, crusts removed
● 1 pkg Good Foods Avocado Mash
● 1/2 cup mayonnaise
● 5 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and cut into 2-inch pieces
● 3 leaves iceberg lettuce, cut into 2-inch pieces
● 2 large plum tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices and quartered

 

Directions:

1. Working in batches, toast bread in a toaster until light golden-brown. Repeat with remaining bread.

2. Cut each slice of bread into 4 squares. Spread Good Foods Avocado Mash evenly over half the bread squares. Spread mayonnaise evenly over remaining bread squares.

3. Top bread squares with Good Foods Avocado Mash evenly with bacon, lettuce, tomato and remaining bread squares, mayonnaise side down.

4. Secure sandwiches with a toothpick. Serve and enjoy.
