Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:
● 1 head cauliflower, trimmed and cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
● 2 tbsp olive oil
● 1/2 tsp kosher salt
● 1/2 tsp chili powder
● 1 pkg Good Foods Tangy BBQ Chip Dip, divided
● 1 pkg Good Foods Chunky Guacamole
● 1/2 cup pickled sliced jalapenos
● Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place cauliflower slices on prepared baking sheet. Brush both sides with oil and season with
salt, pepper and chili powder. Roast for 10 minutes. - 2. Brush cauliflower with 1/4 cup Good Foods Tangy BBQ Chip Dip. Continue to roast for 15-20 minutes, until tender and light golden-brown on one side.
3. Spread remaining Good Foods Tangy BBQ Chip Dip evenly over cauliflower. Top with Good Foods Chunky Guacamole, jalapenos and cilantro. Serve and enjoy.
