Slow Cooker Avocado Salsa Chicken Burrito Bowl with Good Foods Chunky Guacamole and Avocado Salsa.

Ingredients:

● 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
● 2 pkg Good Foods Avocado Salsa
● 3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro, plus more for garnish
● 4 cups cooked long-grain white rice, kept warm
● 1 (15-oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed, warmed
● 1 cup pico de gallo, homemade or store-bought
● 1 pkg Good Foods Chunky Guacamole
● 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

 

Directions:

1. Combine chicken and Good Foods Avocado Salsa together in 5-quart slow-cooker. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, until tender. Shred chicken into bite-sized pieces using two
forks or tongs.

2. Divide rice among 4 bowls. Top with beans, shredded chicken, pico de gallo, Good Foods Chunky Guacamole, cheese and additional cilantro. Serve and enjoy.
