Spinach Artichoke Chicken Ravioli

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Eggs
- Cooked, shredded chicken
- Good Foods Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip
- Serving:
- Marinara sauce
- Grated parmesan
- Parsley (fresh or dried)
Directions:
- In a mixer with a lid, combine the flour and salt and pulse until blended
- Add the water, olive oil and eggs and blend until combined
- Pull the dough out of the mixer, wrap in plastic wrap and rest for 1 hour
- Take the dough and use a pasta maker or roll it out by hand, creating two separate layers
- In a medium bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken and Good Foods Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip
- Use a spoon to create dollops of the mixture and dot along the first layer of pasta, leave spacing in between
- Brush the edges with water, then lay the second layer of pasta over the first
- OPTIONAL: Use a cookie cutter in the shape of a heart to cut the pasta into ravioli or just use a pizza roller or knife.
- Boil the pasta for 3-4 minutes
- Serve with grated parmesan and marinara sauce; sprinkle with fresh or dried parsley
