Spinach Artichoke Parmesan with Crispy Plantains
Our friend @erinliveswhole helped us create this perfect marriage between Good Foods Spinach Artichoke Parmesan Dip and the sweet and salty flavors of homemade crispy plantains.
Ingredients:
- Plantains:
- One large plantain
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Salt
Instructions:
- For plantains
- Slice one large plantain into thin rounds
- Toss with ¼ cup olive oil
- Bake on parchment lined sheet at 400 for 20 minutes or until golden brown
- Add salt after the come out of the oven!
