Tzatziki Chicken Salad Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:

● 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
● 1 pkg Good Foods Plant Based Tzatziki Style Dip
● 1 English cucumber, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
● 1 pt grape tomatoes, halved
● 2 each small yellow bell pepper and orange bell peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded

● Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. 1. Cut up rotisserie chicken, cucumbers and tomatoes. Cut bell peppers in half.
  2. 2. Combine chicken, Good Foods Plant Based Tzatziki Style Dip, cucumber and tomato in a large bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.
    3. Spoon chicken mixture into each pepper halve. Serve and enjoy.
