Walking Tacos
Walking Tacos with Good Foods Chunky Guacamole, Spicy Guacamole, Avocado Mash, Queso Style Dip and Nacho Cheeze Dip.

Ingredients:
● 1 tbsp olive oil
● 2 lb lean ground beef
● 2 pkgs taco seasoning mix
● 1 (9-oz.) bag of cheddar flavored tortilla chips
● 1 (9-oz.) bag of corn chips
● 1 (16-oz) bag shredded cheddar cheese
● 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
● 4 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
● 1/2 small red onion, finely diced
● 1 pkg Good Foods Chunky Guacamole
● 1 pkg Good Foods Spicy Guacamole
● 1 pkg Good Foods Queso Style Dip
● 1 pkg Good Foods Nacho Cheeze Style Dip
● 1 pkg Good Foods Avocado Mash
● Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
● 2 limes, cut into wedges, for serving
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add beef and cook, breaking up into small crumbles, for 8 minutes, until cooked through and beginning to brown. Drain any excess fat. Add taco seasoning and stir to combine. Remove from skillet, set aside and keep warm.
2. To serve, place desired amount of tortilla or corn chips into a paper tray. Top with taco beef mixture, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and red onions. Top with your favorite mixture of Good Foods Chunky Guacamole, Spicy Guacamole, Queso Style Dip, Nacho Cheeze Style Dip or Avocado Mash.
3. Garnish with cilantro and a squeeze of lime, and serve.
