Slow Cooker Avocado Salsa Chicken Burrito Bowl

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 pkg Good Foods Avocado Salsa

  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro, plus more for garnish

  • 4 cups cooked long-grain white rice, kept warm

  • 1 (15-oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed, warmed

  • 1 cup pico de gallo, homemade or store-bought

  • 1 pkg Good Foods Chunky Guacamole

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Combine chicken and Good Foods Avocado Salsa together in 5-quart slow-cooker. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, until tender. Shred chicken into bite-sized pieces using two
    forks or tongs.
  • Divide rice among 4 bowls. Top with beans, shredded chicken, pico de gallo, Good Foods Chunky Guacamole, cheese and additional cilantro. Serve and enjoy.
