Cheddar Jalapeño Loaded Fries with Bacon

Ingredients

Directions

  • Bake the Fries 
  • Cook fries or potato wedges according to package directions until crispy and golden. 
  • Layer & Top 
  • Arrange fries on an oven-safe platter or baking sheet. 
  • Dollop or drizzle Good Foods Creamy Cheddar Jalapeno Dip evenly over the fries. 
  • Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. 
  • Melt & Crisp 
  • Place under the broiler (or back in the oven at 400°F) for 5 minutes, just until cheese melts and everything is hot. 
  • Finish & Serve 
  • Top with fresh jalapeño slices and chopped green onions. 
  • Serve immediately, straight from the pan or transfer to a serving plate. 

Notes

  • Shortcut win: Using the Good Foods dip cuts out the need for sour cream, cream cheese, and separate jalapeño/bacon prep—it’s already blended with creamy cheese, smoky bacon, and a kick of jalapeño.
