Cheddar Jalapeño Hash Brown Stack

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen hash brown patties 

  • 1 cup Good Foods Creamy Cheddar Jalapeño with Uncured Bacon Dip 

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a cheddar blend) 

  • 2 strips cooked bacon, crumbled (optional – the dip already has bacon) 

  • 1 fresh jalapeño, thinly sliced 

  • Optional: sour cream or green onions for garnish 

Directions

  • Bake the Hash Browns 
  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). 
  • Place hash brown patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy. 
  • Top with the Dip 
  • Spread a generous spoonful of Good Foods Creamy Cheddar Jalapeño with Bacon Dip over each hot hash brown. 
  • Add Toppings 
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. 
  • Add crumbled bacon and fresh jalapeño slices. 
  • Melt & Serve 
  • Place back in the oven for 3–5 minutes, just until the cheese is melted. 
  • Garnish with green onions or a dollop of sour cream if desired. 

Notes

  • Serving Ideas: 
    - As a fun game day appetizer. 
    - Serve with fried eggs for a bold breakfast. 
    - Cut into smaller pieces for party bites.
