3 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium yellow onions
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 pound ground beef
2 cups fresh arugula
3 brioche buns
Directions
- Head a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil, onions, and salt. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, but not often.
- Form meat into 3 patties. Pan cook or grill the burgers for 3-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- Assemble the burgers. Place a bed of arugula on the bottom bun. Add the onions, the burger, then a generous amount of Good Foods Caramelized Onion & Gruyere Cheese Dip, and the top bun.
