Buffalo Chicken Crunchwrap Supreme

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas (burrito size) 

  • 1 cup Good Foods Buffalo Style Chicken Dip

  • 1 small handful shredded lettuce 

  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes 

  • 2 crunchy tostada shell or a few tortilla chips (for crunch) 

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese (optional) 

  • Nonstick spray or a little oil 

Directions

  • Warm the dip: Heat the Good Foods Buffalo Style Chicken Dip in the microwave for about 30–45 seconds until warm. 
  • Assemble base: Place one large tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about 1/2 cup of the warm dip in the center. 
  • Layer it up: 
    - Add shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes on top. 
    - Place a tostada shell or a few tortilla chips over the filling for crunch. 
    - Sprinkle shredded cheese if you’d like extra meltiness. 
  • Fold: Place the second tortilla over the top, or fold the edges of the bottom tortilla inward, working in a circular motion until it’s wrapped up like a hexagon. 
  • Cook: Spray a skillet with nonstick spray and place the wrap seam-side down. Cook over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy. 
  • Serve: Cut in half and enjoy warm!
